Letter to Subscriber

December 1, 2012

Dear Subscriber,

Panasonic has decided that our Cloud Business Phone System service no longer aligns with our strategic objectives. We have therefore decided to end the service as of Midnight, Eastern Standard Time, on December 31, 2012.

To avoid any disruption in your telephone service, we have contracted with another service provider to take over the Panasonic Cloud Business Phone System subscriber accounts.

The name of the new service provider is Loud & Clear Telecommunications. Like Panasonic, Loud & Clear specializes in phone service for small and medium sized businesses, with a focus on providing excellent customer service. They would be happy to answer any questions you have and can be reached at 877-690-VoIP (8647). Their website is located at www.loudandcleartel.com.

At the time of the switch, the services and features which you currently receive from the Panasonic Cloud Business Phone System will continue to be provided by Loud & Clear and the charges which you currently pay for these services and features will remain the same. These charges will continue to appear on the charge card that you use for the Panasonic Cloud Business Phone System charges.

Although we recommend that you switch your service to Loud & Clear, the choice is yours. If you want to either terminate your Panasonic Cloud Business Phone System service or port your Panasonic Cloud Business Phone System phone number(s) to a different service provider, please let us know no later than Friday, December 28, by either sending an email to support@loudandclearcloud.com or calling 855-277-4800.

Porting phone numbers to a new service provider typically takes several weeks. If you choose to port your phone number(s), but the porting is not complete by Midnight on December 31, Loud & Clear will provide you with telephone service until the porting process is complete.

Please note that if you do not make the switch to Loud & Clear, your current Panasonic telephone equipment may not be usable with a different service provider.

Sincerely yours,

Panasonic Corporation of North America
